The cable car to the top of Mount Teide will give you an entirely different view of the island, with views across its volcanic interior and out into the ocean. Off-road buggies and quad bikes can be hired if you want to explore further at ground level. The area around Playa de Las Americas is packed with attractions, including Siam Park, a huge water park, and the Las Aguilas Jungle Park.
